Dan Smith

Since qualifying as a classically trained chef in 2007, Dan has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge working in high end restaurant kitchens both in Suffolk and France.

In 2016 he joined Country Cuisine as a partner to help take the business forward by using his talents to bring a modern approach to cooking.

Val Smith

Also classically trained, Val started Country Cuisine in 1989 and has made it the successful and established catering company it is today.

She has catered for a varied range of both corporate and private clients and covered all manner of events from weddings and family celebrations to business lunches, product launches and staff catering.

Together we share a passion for producing high quality food, delivering exactly what we promise.
